GREETINGS and SALUTATIONS

I am a father, a husband, a son, a brother, a nephew, a cousin, a friend and a soon to be retired internist. People have been calling me Dr. Charles Tadros for almost 31 years.  In a few more years I suspect it will be wise for me to drop the initials.

I have practiced a little bit of inpatient, but mostly outpatient, primary care medicine in Saint Louis, Missouri for almost 27 years, caring for 15 year-olds and older.  During this time I have also worked as a medical director for hospice, as founder of a ketamine infusion clinic and as a founder of a smoking cessation clinic.

As a tribute to my family, my friends, my teachers, my co-workers and my patients, I hope that this blog reveals, highlights and reinforces in you, the reader, the worthwhile insights and and “Aha!” moments from your own experiences and life.

  1. When you retire, I will cry. I’ve benefitted so much from your wisdom and care as my doctor. You gave me the support and courage to quit drinking years ago. I’m delighted you started this blog.

    1. Marilyn, you are a treasure. You were always able to change. I just highlighted, cared, painted a picture with words , encouraged and supported. This what teachers and authors do every day. See, the same as what you have been doing for others for decades! Keep paying it forward. Peace, health and joy. Charles
