In order to learn and understand, many domains require that we incorporate multiple senses and several methods. For example, driving a car, cooking, baking, and playing baseball, all are most easily learned with the use of vision, hearing, and movement. Theoretical physics and applied math are more easily learned with the use of vision and hearing.
