THE CONCERN IS THAT IF ONE PERSON CONCEDES TO A WELL-MADE POINT, OR TO A REASONABLE ASSUMPTION, THEN THE OTHER SIDE CAN BUILD THEIR CASE ON THAT CONCESSION, OR THAT AGREEMENT.
