AT BEST, SCIENCE SHOULD INFORM POLICY. HOWEVER, IT IS CULTURE, HISTORY AND RISK TOLERANCE THAT WILL INFORM WHAT WE ARE WILLING TO ACCEPT AND WILLING TO DO.
