ONE OF THE MORE FRUSTRATING ASPECTS OF ANY PROJECT OR PROCESS IS THAT ALMOST NOBODY TAKES INTO ACCOUNT ALL THE MENTAL AND PHYSICAL ASPECTS OF THE: SCHEDULING, PLANNING, COORDINATING, PREPARING, COST, TIME, ENERGY, WASTE, REDOs, INTERRUPTIONS, EXECUTION, CLEAN-UP AND FOLLOW-UP NECESSARY TO TRULY COMPLETE A TASK.

Preparing a meal is not just prep time and cooking time. It is also shopping for ingredients, bringing the ingredients from the car into your home, repackaging larger items into a smaller quantities, rearranging the fridge and the pantry in order to accommodate the new purchases, preparing the meal, cleaning up, deciding what can be composted and what can be recycled, packaging up leftovers, etc.
