These same bright people don’t understand why others are angry with them when they falter by not completing the task, have difficulty sticking with the task, or even procrastinating about starting the task. These same bright people KNOW what to do, HOW to do it, and the IMPORTANCE of completing the task, but, mentally, they have already moved on and may have actually devalued the task to the point that they can no longer complete it.
Somehow, in the back of their minds, KNOWING WHAT to do and HOW to do it is good enough. There is no additional benefit in the ACTUAL DOING.
