SO MANY PEOPLE WITH PROCRASTINATION HAVE A SIGNIFICANT STREAK OF PERFECTIONISM (not for most of the actions in their lives, but just for a few of them). THE ABILITY TO RECOGNIZE THIS AND TO ASK FOR, AND TO ACCEPT HELP ARE THE FIRST STEPS TO IMPROVING THEIR SITUATIONS.
